Shipping Policy

All orders are handmade and made to order. Please allow time for production and processing before shipment.

International Orders
In the Morgue is not responsible for import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees charged upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays
In the Morgue is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or other postal carriers once an order has been shipped.

Lost Packages
If an order has not been delivered within two weeks of shipment, please contact In the Morgue for assistance. A lost package inquiry will be opened with USPS. All shipments are insured. If USPS is unable to locate the package, a refund will be issued.
