International Orders

We are not responsible for shipping delays once an international order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If you experience a delay, we’re happy to help you contact the shipping carrier and assist in locating your package whenever possible.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the buyer is responsible for purchasing a new shipping label for redelivery.

We are not responsible for any import tax / import fees.

Import fees are solely put in place by your local post office. Check with your countries mail carrier if your item is subjected to any fees or tax. We are not notified when there are any fees. Your card will only be charged for the stated price on your order / our website. Import tax / fees would be given to you by your countries postage provider.

Duties and Taxes:

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.

You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.

Regulations and Restrictions:

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the United States of America) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If product is seized and destroyed by customs, we will not be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.
